Description

Often, our own idea of perfection is our own prison. God’s perfection turns our attention to others. In this helpful message, Jim Logan describes a freeing difference between being perfect as in having arrived or attained, and being perfect as in being made perfect by Christ. From this standpoint, he goes on to explain how this provides such a stable foundation for intercessory prayer. Whether for Peter in prison at the time of the early church, or a modern missionary protected by angels on a journey through enemy territory, God can answer in new ways when we pray from the position of who we already are, complete in Christ.
