It may be that American Christianity is the most deceptive and far-reaching substitute yet for the original way of life that Christ brought to offer His Church. Paul Washer shows straight from Matthew 7:13-27 the many ways in which a true and holy God is being displaced by the false prophets of Western culture: by their fruits ye shall know them. It’s just that simple. If we’re not being kept on the narrow way, it could be we never repented at the strait gate. God is not a servant of a sinner’s prayer—rather He gave His Son to become the very center of existence for all who believe and confess Him as Lord.

I agree with this very powerful truth sermon, and pray for more preaching like this in our churches.
Reminiscent of John the Baptist two thousand years ago. We should not be surprised really, but the time is ripe again for Christ to come and replace Christ-less Christianity with Himself! Even so, come Lord Jesus: come to your Church and draw us to Your Father through Yourself by a work of Your Holy Spirit.
This is one of the most impactful and challenging sermons that my children and I have listened to. One of my daughters got saved after hearing this powerful message!
