Description
Throughout history’s darkest moments, one person stands courageously and alters its course. In the year 878 Alfred the Great bravely rose against what was arguably the most powerful military force of that time. Eric Ludy draws numerous analogies from this historical event (and others), which we can apply to the Church of today. Will we allow Christ to rise in and through us, or will we cower in fear and self-preservation? We have been entrusted with the answer for a lost and dying world, Jesus Christ and His Gospel!
