Many of today's Christian parents were saved midway through life. As they raise up their children (and especially their teenagers) in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, they do well to warn them and help them avoid the mistakes they have made in life. But often their counsel is met with resistance. Why? Could it be that parents can use methods of motivation beyond verbal warnings to turn and keep the hearts of young people?
