Lessons Learned from the Legacy of My Father

It is a special thing these days to have eight children and keep the hearts of each of them. As a matter of fact it is extraordinary. And coming from a son it is especially valuable to hear how that was done. Roger Magnuson had many gifts. Yet Peter Magnuson knew that his lawyer/dean/pastor father, had a higher calling, as a parent, to capture and keep the hearts of his own sons and daughters for the Lord. May a time of turning back to look at his extraordinary example turn our hearts also to the heavenly Father and the love and regularity with which He earns our trust and confidence every day.
