The ATI program began in 1984. There were already Christian schools and a grassroots movement in homeschooling, so why ATI? In this interview, Gary Fraley shares with Bob Newhouse the initial genesis of a homeschooling program designed to support families who were willing to make building God’s Word into their families a conviction, not a preference. Here is the story of how, in 1981, some Godly men reading the 1973 Human Manifesto became the catalyst for developing the ATI program.
