Description

The events of World War II have receded into history. Nevertheless, many civilians and soldiers of that time have left us examples that inspire us for the future. Using a PowerPoint presentation and several video documentaries, Dr. J. David Rogers unveils much more than accurate historical facts. He describes the cultural motivations, rationale, and morals that were at war between Japan and the United States. Against this backdrop he introduces Jacob DeShazer, one of the Doolittle Raiders, in a personal interview. As a POW, Jake demonstrated Christlike courage and sincere faith and forgiveness.
