Overview

Roger Magnuson (1945 - 2013) was named the top lawyer in America by Chambers USA in 2005. He was a senior member of a large law firm which has the distinction of handling one of the largest civil lawsuits in American history. When he attended Harvard Law School, he was the youngest editor of the Harvard Law Review that the school had ever had. He also attended Princeton and Oxford Universities. During the presidential election of 2000, Dr. Magnuson was hired by the senate of Florida to represent them, and his arguments were accepted by the high court. In addition to being an outstanding lawyer, Dr. Magnuson was a pastor and father of eight. He memorized the entire New Testament and many books of the Old Testament.
