Description
Many times, well-intentioned Christians accept common cultural practices without giving them a second thought. Such was the case with Gerrit Van Essen and his wife, Catherine, when they decided to limit the size of their family. As the couple walked with the Lord, He began working in their lives and they decided to give Him control of their family. God blessed this step of obedience, and the Van Essens had another child. In this interview, Gerrit shares with Robert Newhouse how the Lord worked in their lives and the blessings that followed their obedience.
